Tuesday Surprise

Shortcake wandered into the Scheduling office Tuesday afternoon to two elves waiting for a manager and an empty desk.  So... She sat down at the desk and started to schedule elves.  She didn't get very far, but she did manage to send Dumpling to lunch before Krampus came back.

We had a surprise visitor.  Someone on the front line called out that Buddy the Elf was going through the maze, passing out candy canes to the elves.  Shortcake warned Santa and his elves, in case Buddy decided to reenact a scene from the movie.  You know which one.  She told Cuddles that if Buddy even looked like he was going to hurt Santa, to bodycheck him.  Her job was to get between Buddy and Santa.

The good news is that Buddy was super cheerful and nice.  He was a great sport, especially since all of the elves were just as excited to see him as he was to see Santa.  Teddy Bear practically twisted himself into a knot trying to get a surreptitious selfie of Santa and Buddy.  And then there were group elf photos:
